Favorite Food Products
Though, I love cooking, eating, and creating recipes from whole foods; I understand that our modern times require some alternatives, to allow for convenience, and assist with maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
In recent years, the landscape of the health food market and food industry as a whole has really changed. I continually become excited when I find new and innovative products that are convenient while also addressing nutrient density.
No manufactured item can truly replace the nutritional value of whole foods, but when coupled with sound nutritional strategies these products can help alleviate deficiencies; assist with time management, and offer healthier alternatives.
So, this is my space and place to share the food products that I've newly discovered, or have grown to love and appreciate. Come back often for more favorites...

Pereg Natural Foods
I absolutely LOVE this company and many (haven't tried them all yet ) of its all-natural products.
I use many of their nutrient-dense, pseudo-grains, and grain-free flours. The quality and taste have always been impressive in many of my Paleo/Keto recipes. They also have a variety of unconventional flours, which I value so much. My favorites are the Banana and Plantain flours!
Pereg has been a family-owned company, since 1906, which speaks to its gourmet quality and longevity.
According to Pereg Natural Foods:
"All of the brand’s offerings are 100% pure, fresh, and natural and never include any additives, preservatives, fillers, MSG, or food coloring. In addition, every product is OU Kosher certified, and many are Non-GMO Project verified, gluten-free certified, Whole Grain Council approved, and vegan"
